Dance4Life is a growing, worldwide project to actively inspire young people to get involved in the global fight against HIV and AIDS. Dance4Life was founded in the Netherlands in 2004 and is the official youth campaign of the World AIDS Campaign. Dance4Life is endorsed by the former Secretary General of the United Nations, Kofi Annan.

HIV & AIDS are hitting young people the hardest. Globally, almost a quarter of the people living with HIV are under the age of 25. Every 12 seconds a young person is newly infected with HIV.

With almost 3 billion people under the age of 25, today’s generation of youth is the largest in history. These young people are growing up in a world changed by HIV & AIDS, but many still lack the correct knowledge.
