Dance4Life currently has several programmes in pleace in Asian including programmes in India, Indonesia, Russia, and Vietnam.

India is currently in the process of setting up its Dance4Life programme. It is planned that there will be start-up meetings for Dance4Life India in June/July 2007.

Indonesia was one the first countries to join Dance4Life. In 2004, Bali launched the first Dance4Life event together with South Africa and the Netherlands! In 2005, Papua and Jakarta joined Dance4Life Indonesia.

 

Russia will be continuing its schools project in 2007, with a new city - Samara - joining Dance4Life Russia!

Russia ran the Schools Project in twelve different regions in 2006. Looking at the size of the country, you can imagine the load of work that has to be done!

 

 

Vietnam will be busy in 2007 with their Dance4Life programme. There are plans to involve 3,000 young people in the Schools Projects, create opportunities for them to organise fundraising activities for local HIV/AIDS projects, create a Life Skills programme and generally build upon the success of 2006.
